Handcrafted Locally

I am proud to offer handmade items straight from my workshop. My website photographs accurately depict my work. However, since each item is made by hand there may be slight variations in finish.

Timing & Shipping

2 to 8 weeks depending on fixture type and work load I am experiencing at the time of order. Items like light bulbs and some other accessories are ready to ship. Some sconces are faster for me to make than others and can be shipped quickly. If the item is labeled “Quick ship”, I will ship the next or in 2 business day max.

All items are shipped CanadaPost, Purolator, GLS/Dicom, UPS ground, FedEx ground or DHL with the exception of larger items that ship by LTL freight. Please inspect your item upon arrival and immediately notify me of any concerns, discrepancies or shipping damages so that I can reconcile the issue quickly. Please also review my shipping policy located here: XXXX

Please email me if your purchase is time-sensitive. I will do my best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options..

AM/PM Lighting is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. AM/PM Lighting will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to my workshop due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from AM/PM Lighting, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to me.

My shipments often requires a signatu. If you’d like your shipment not to have a signature request upon delivery please let me know at the time of purchase, some extra fees could occur.


Purchaser must notify me within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, I have already ordered your parts, started drilling holes, sent your parts to the paintshop, etc. Cancelling your order leaves me with work already completed and nothing in return. For this reason, I charge a 15% cancellation fee for orders cancelled after 24hrs that have not been shipped.


Because of the made to order, handmade nature of my work, I do not usually accept returns for reasons other than defects.

I can provide refunds for non-custom items sent back (as received) within 10 days of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee. Items must not have been installed, damaged, or length of wire modified, and have been packed with care for return. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you with no refund given. If the fixture is damaged during transit related to poor packing, it will be also sent back to you with no refund given. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be authorized.:

The following items are non-returnable:

Light bulbs, Cloth-covered wire cut lenghts and custom fixtures that are designed and produced between AM/PM and it’s customer (that is manufactured or finished for a specific customer’s space) are not returnable. This includes custom sizing and or modifications on my regular products.


The electrical parts on any fixture you purchase are warrantied for 2 years. But since I’m not the manufacturer of any of the electrical components included in any luminaires, the warranty include a replacement only. AM/PM is not responsible for any collateral damage done caused by faulty parts. Damage caused by mishandling or incorrect bulb use will not be covered. All repairs will be done in my studio in Quebec. Field labor costs for installation or removal are not covered. AM/PM can’t be held responsible for the assembly that you do or plan to do with the parts or luminaire you bought, neither the installation done. Contact me for any issues you encounter, every case in handle uniquely!

My metal and wood finishes and detachable globes and shades are not covered under warranty but with proper care will last the lifetime of your fixture. Replacements shades are available upon request.

This warranty does not cover damages from weathering/environment, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Maintenance & Care

WOOD – My wood finishes are protected with Shellac natural sealer. To clean, dry dust with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. 

BRASS, BRONZE,COPPER & STEEL – My metal finishes is delicate and will develop a rich patina over time. Make sure to wear clean latex gloves during installation and avoid touching any metal areas to avoid fingerprints. Use a non-abrasive polish and soft cloth to clean or brighten any areas of metal parts. 

MATTE BLACK + SATIN WHITE & other PAINT – My powder coated finishes will stand the test of time. Dust with dry cloth or spot clean with mild cleaning solution.

OXIDIZED METALS – Dust with dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning products on this finish or the layer of finish could be removed.

GLASS – Glass globes can be removed and cleaned with mild soap and water or glass cleaning solution.
