TERMS OF PARTNERSHIP
- The program is only available to members with a physical store; The discount privilege is not transferable to customers, agents, or any third party.
- The member must place and pay for his order online. I do not accept payments from your customers.
- Payment is due at time of order (60% deposit for a custom order)
- You agree to receive notifications of new products by email.
- By accepting membership, you agree that you will purchase the AM/PM items for the sole purpose of doing business with an individual customer, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public in retail stores (unless otherwise specified) , on the Internet, in print, or any other medium.
- As a partner of AM/PM, you are permitted to reproduce my images as you see fit to do business with your individual interior design and decorating clients.
- Membership may be refused or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at AM/PM’s sole discretion.
- Please understand that my lights are hand made to order so it takes time.
