Products
Yes. As long as you match the correct socket base to the correct bulbs base, most LED bulbs can be used with any fixture. If you are installing a dimmer switch, the dimmer must be LED compatible. All LED bulbs on my website are dimmable.

I most likely can do it, but it will depend on the fixture type.

All electrical items are ULC listed for the US and Canada.
*** My hard-wire sconces or pendants are ULC Listed for the US and Canada only but can be used in other countries with 240V. If you are purchasing plug-in lamp for use outside of the U.S. or Canada, use only with the appropriate outlet adapter and voltage converter for your country or I can supply you an European plug is asked prior to order. If you plan to use the plug supplied in the original product, do not plug into an electrical outlet higher than 110-120V as this could result in fire and/or injury.

Shipping & Returns
Yes I do.
Sometimes it can take longer than expected because of the custom process (depending of the region of the world) which is not under my control. Neither the import duties which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
When you purchase items from a different country, you become an “importer” of goods. Those good are susceptible to your local import fees. International import taxes/duties/tariffs/fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
